I have been living at El Parque for a few months now and I have only great things to say about the office and maintenance staff. Jessica made my move process veg llega smooth and she was very welcoming. Maintenance does an exceptional job and is very responsive to our requests. The community is kept clean and itâs quiet. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in my opinion!

Very affordable place to live. Convenient also. Public transportation around the corner plus walmart down the street. Best of all the manager Jessica!!! She goes above and beyond doing her job. She has made my time at El Parque Villas pleasant and comfortable. I would definitely recommend other's to El Parque Villas. The units are spacious too!

EL Parque is crawling with roaches. The apartments smell. The management doesnât care about any issues. They only want your money. Good luck complaining to the regional or anyone else if you have any problems. Worst of all there are lots of homeless people that break in.

NEVER RENT HERE. They take to long to fix anything my ac been leaking for 4 days and ac guy is sopose to come tom to fix it this place has gone down hill i been here 3 years happy im moveing out soon

Frank was a wonderful help with maintenance! Was very knowledgeable and got my issue fixed very quickly! The front office is very respectful!

I truly enjoyed my time at El Parque Villas. If I didn't have growing teenagers we would've stayed but we needed more space. The property was well lit, it felt safe, very clean. Management was great, took care of any issue we brought to them.

Jessica went above and beyond to make our move in process smooth and easy. She is so kind and she works with you. We felt so welcomed, sheâs literally the best. The property is peaceful and clean. Also there are good stores nearby. 10/10 recommend!
