El Parque Villas Is Amazing ~! It’s right by the TJ Max, Starbucks, Walmart, China Town and other nice restaurants and shopping places. It's a nice & cozy apartment and the pools are big and kept clean. The staff is super nice. I love it here!

This is a bitter sweet moment for me because I'm happy to go back home to be with family but I'm also sad to leave my cozy and quite apartment.  This was my first time renting and had the best experience with the manager Jessica when I moved in two years ago.  She was friendly, kind, professional, helpful and just very pleasant to work with.  Maintenance has also done a great job responding and taking are of repairs. Thank you guys for making my stay the best and for the special experience renting my first home in Las Vegas!

I’ve really enjoyed living in this community. My apartment is cozy and has a lot of room. The area is quiet and I’m close to work. Jessica, the office manager is amazing and maintenance does a good job as well. The property always looks clean. I’m leaving out of state but I will miss this home.

This is a wonderful place to live! It’s convenient for me because it’s close to all the stores I like to shop at and it’s super close to a lot of good restaurants especially China Town! I can also walk to work and save some money! Jessica is very nice and whenever I have concerns she’s on it. Maintenance has also done a good job when fixing things in my apartment. I’m happy to live here and I recommend it to anyone!

I have never had a renting experience like the one at El Parque Villas. I’ve lived here for several years now, and they made me feel taken care of since day one. The pools are nice and clean when I my grandkids want to go for a swim and I like the quietness in this area. Jessica, at the management office, was pleasant and very helpful the last time I was at the office with questions about my rent. Any time I had a maintenance request it was taken care of that day or in rare cases the next day. I wouldn’t live anywhere else, this is my sweet home!

Wasn't sure I wanted to live here but the staff is great! Taryn and Roger always are very responsive and it's nice to have people who you can actually speak to. My last apartment was by appointment only and very difficult to get ahold of. Could use some updates but I enjoy it so far.

It's rare when you can find a place to rent and have minimal problems but with these Villas, I haven't had anything to really complain about. The front desk consultant Katia, was super helpful from start to finish. She made everything easy to understand, especially when it came down to pricing and what would be expected. Also, maintenance has solved every inquiry I've had, I am very content with my stay and experience this far, thank you to the entire team at the Villas!

We went in for a tour didn’t know what’s to expect, and we are from out of state. Was greeted by the property manager Trixi, who made us feel very welcome and comfortable. She was amazing, down to earth and professional at the same time. We got to see the actual apartment before putting the app in. She got us approved the same day and signed the papers with the keys also. She made the process very easy that’s was a plus. This place is nice and quiet, all walking distance to shopping stores. Maintenance is kool, he cleaning every morning. Thanks to Trixi, she made this place call home.

Great place! I’ve been here 3 years and I gotta say it’s pretty quiet and well kept. Staff is friendly and community feels welcoming. Unfortunately I had to move because of COVID but I want to thank staff so so much for working with me during these hard times. Especially management. 10/10 definitely recommend this location :)

Office staff are very nice. Asking a little much in my opinion for older units which have no washer and dryer inside , no security guards, nothing energy efficient to offer in terms of appliances or windows , the upgraded units are nice but again for price is high regardless if they are comparable to rate increases in town.
