great place to begin the journey in a new city. if you get lucky or its open ask for #40 the most spectacular view of the strip. if I wasn’t becoming a home owner I wouldn’t even think of leaving.

Just moved in with my husband from California and I LOVE my new place! The lady Tracy at the front office helped my move go very smooth. She is very nice and professional. I would highly recommend these apartments

things changed at el parque apartment its not better they dont want to fix anything....i been waiting and waiting and waiting i have a leak in the roof for year and its getting bigger and bigger .....they favorite line is i will get back to you ...this place use to be so nice and very clean now its so hood anyone can get an apartment here lol i mean anyone trash everywhere from the front to the pool all the to the back .....im just one person
