Slum lords, price gouging, hidden charges, those apartments are literally falling apart, the management team do not do anything, they are great for a quick fix, but awful at addressing issues before they become a bigger problem, bed bugs, noise neighbors, domestic disputes, police always on scene and management only cares about the rent payment. Awful place to rent, you can do beter find anywhere else.

We went in for a tour didnât know whatâs to expect, and we are from out of state. Was greeted by the property manager Trixi, who made us feel very welcome and comfortable. She was amazing, down to earth and professional at the same time. We got to see the actual apartment before putting the app in. She got us approved the same day and signed the papers with the keys also. She made the process very easy thatâs was a plus. This place is nice and quiet, all walking distance to shopping stores. Maintenance is kool, he cleaning every morning. Thanks to Trixi, she made this place call home.

Overall a very calm & clean community. Office staff is grate and always greets you with generosity. They are always willing to help you with any questions, maintenance request and any concerns you may have. Love this place I strongly recommend!

Moved here about 8 months ago and i absolutely love this place, finally i found a place i can call home! Also, the manager is amazing (trixi) she is genuine and so professional! Everyone is awesome.

Great place! Iâve been here 3 years and I gotta say itâs pretty quiet and well kept. Staff is friendly and community feels welcoming. Unfortunately I had to move because of COVID but I want to thank staff so so much for working with me during these hard times. Especially management. 10/10 definitely recommend this location :)

great place to begin the journey in a new city. if you get lucky or its open ask for #40 the most spectacular view of the strip. if I wasn’t becoming a home owner I wouldn’t even think of leaving.
