I was told by Tryn at one of there properties in Las Vegas that told me after Domestic Violence situation I will be able leave with no issues. I now have collections and tryn and property never got back to me at all. I saw a Bill and it was all random stuff! I have court documents and these people refused to listen . Basically threatened me to try another lawsuit if I keep trying get the Bill removed! I have court documents and emails acknowledge it. Now have keep fighting them ! The properly manager Tyrn told me she blocked my number and won't talk to me. This place is straight fraud

The new management is complete trash. They overcharge you for deposit they overcharge you for rent ! The front desk lady is hella rude and immature! You are not going get your deposit it

The new management is complete trash. They overcharge you for deposit they overcharge you for rent ! These people rather be in your business that you actually do their own actual job the front desk lady is rude and so is the maintenance guy which is a little old white dude. I would never recommend this place to anybody not even to a homeless person that need a place to stay. If you want to pay for people can’t mind their business this the place is for you. The price will change based on security that never existed.

I really like my new place! Its bigger than I expected, everything in good condition and close to everything. Property manager Taryn is very kind and professional and Roger in maintenence is awesome. He fixed my fridge fast! Thanks again!

Really enjoy living here! This is a great community and the staff is great! Roger is amazing and Taryn is great. Always attentive to the residents and really care about the community. Great place to live!

Our maintenance team is great at El Parque Villas! Roger has been very helpful and has fixed all of our problems that we needed done. Thank you for being so kind and helpful through the time we have stayed on this property Roger!

Wasn't sure I wanted to live here but the staff is great! Taryn and Roger always are very responsive and it's nice to have people who you can actually speak to. My last apartment was by appointment only and very difficult to get ahold of. Could use some updates but I enjoy it so far.
