I really like my new place! Its bigger than I expected, everything in good condition and close to everything. Property manager Taryn is very kind and professional and Roger in maintenence is awesome. He fixed my fridge fast! Thanks again!

Our maintenance team is great at El Parque Villas! Roger has been very helpful and has fixed all of our problems that we needed done. Thank you for being so kind and helpful through the time we have stayed on this property Roger!

Wasn't sure I wanted to live here but the staff is great! Taryn and Roger always are very responsive and it's nice to have people who you can actually speak to. My last apartment was by appointment only and very difficult to get ahold of. Could use some updates but I enjoy it so far.

The maintenance man Roger is always working to make sure residents have a good place to live. Taryn in the office is always professional and willing to help out. It’s nice to have people who care about the residents’ experience and not just getting money from us.

The staff is rude and very racist ! I heard the property manager and maintenance guy called children in 48 black trash. The staff doesn’t fix anything and it’s dirty. No security and rent constantly changes! If you want stable rent and professionalism this is not the place for you! Always trash and homeless people living on side and inside the complex

Tyrn Is rude and not helpful at all! She doesn't listen and not professional! She will lie to your face and Bill would be more than what you are told! Never trust this place! While place is scam and check AMC properties see the reviews as well! This company is F rated for a reason! The maintenance would never fixed anything! This place was better with other manager

The new management is complete trash. They overcharge you for deposit they overcharge you for rent ! These people rather be in your business that you actually do their own actual job the front desk lady is rude and so is the maintenance guy which is a little old white dude. I would never recommend this place to anybody not even to a homeless person that need a place to stay. If you want to pay for people can’t mind their business this the place is for you. The price will change based on security that never existed. These people just tried to use my ssn more than year later! Please be careful with these people
