I came to the office by appointment to look at a unit and the leasing office was not open. They were expecting me At 4:30pm. I called several times, can hear the phone rang from the office door smh. This is ridiculous

Nice place to live and great location! Saves time in daily commute. I'm 5 minutes away from my job and the strip is close so when family and friends visit its very convenient. Love it so far!

The maintenance man Roger is always working to make sure residents have a good place to live. Taryn in the office is always professional and willing to help out. It’s nice to have people who care about the residents’ experience and not just getting money from us.

This is a wonderful place to live! It’s convenient for me because it’s close to all the stores I like to shop at and it’s super close to a lot of good restaurants especially China Town! I can also walk to work and save some money! Jessica is very nice and whenever I have concerns she’s on it. Maintenance has also done a good job when fixing things in my apartment. I’m happy to live here and I recommend it to anyone!

Jessica was very professional and great to work with. She helped me through the application part and made me feel at home. This apartment was exactly what I was looking for! To make it even better, it came with a nice backyard which is not easy to find in this city. I’m so happy I found this place and I will be here for years to come!

My family and I love it here! I appreciate the management office and maintenance! I really like my two bedroom apartment and the pool is always kept clean. Whenever I put in a request, it's handled fast and efficiently! If you are looking for a nice and quite place to live, El Parque Villas is the home for you!

I have never had a renting experience like the one at El Parque Villas. I’ve lived here for several years now, and they made me feel taken care of since day one. The pools are nice and clean when I my grandkids want to go for a swim and I like the quietness in this area. Jessica, at the management office, was pleasant and very helpful the last time I was at the office with questions about my rent. Any time I had a maintenance request it was taken care of that day or in rare cases the next day. I wouldn’t live anywhere else, this is my sweet home!
